uTorrent Update Fixes Vulnerability

utorrentIf you are a regular reader you know that I recommend uTorrent for all of your bittorrent downloads. Recently there was word that uTorrent had a vulnerability that would allow a remote denial of service attack. You will be happy to know that the latest version 1.7.7 has fixed this problem. You most likely would never have been attacked through this vulnerability and if you were it would only kill your connection until you closed the software.

    I HAVE TWO PCS – ONE IS REMOTE AND ONE IS THE SERVER. THE REMOTE HAS A WONDERFUL NEW LOOK FOR UTORRENT AND HAS MORE FUNCTION – HOW CAN I FIND IT AND LOAD THIS NEW FORMAT ON THE SERVER. I HAVE LOOKED ALL OVER FOR AN UPDATE WITH NO LUCK. IF YOU CAN, PLEASE ADVISE. MANY, MANY THANKS – PHIL
