I am a sucker for these cheesy gimmicky photo manipulation tools. One of my favorite pieces of Mac software is photobooth. It’s hours of fun creating the weirdest looking photos of your friends and family.
PQ Talking Photo ($59.90) by PQ Computing is nothing new, but still looks plenty of fun none the less. It allows you to take a photo and create a flash animation. Check out the site for a whole bunch of examples of user generated animations. It is currently only for Windows but the site does mention a Mac version is in the works.
DISCLAIMER: By creating this post I will receive a free copy of the software for personal use. You can do the same if you own a blog. On the upside, I will post at least one stupid animation when created and let you know what I think of the software.

I took at the links, and they looked so funny! I think my kids would LOVE this! Am eagerly awaiting your opinion on the software and how easy (or not) it is to use.
