We live in a high tech society fueled by caffeine. Not many of us make it through the day without drinking something caffeinated. But have you checked to see how much caffeine is in your daily cup of coffee or other energizing beverage?
The Caffeine Database has an extensive list of beverages and their caffeine content. If you’re trying to cut back on your caffeine this is a great tool to find those items that are a little lower in caffeine so you can work your way down and completely off of the stuff. As for me I am going to keep on enjoying the magical effects caffeine has.
