I have previously used a number of mac sites that have a similar model to Give Away of the Day including the wonderful and enjoyable Mac Heist. It’s a pretty simple concept, they offer a new piece of software for download every 24 hours (or something longer) for free. In return you give them nothing, nada, zip!
The software on offer must be downloaded and installed within the allotted 24 hour time frame and although might not appeal to everyones tastes, you certainly can’t beat free. As an example, the item listed today ‘Elprime Media Recovery’ usually retails at USD55.00 from their site http://www.elprime.com. Downloaded from Give away of the day today, and its your for the price of free.

I find it oddly telling that this was posted on my birthday.
Hopefully some of this will help me crack my router, whose password I managed to accidentally change to god knows what >__
